Drawing from over twenty five years of ministry (apostolic and pastoral) Dr Olu David teaches with passion, unique insights, experiential knowledge and destiny shapening truths that prepares and sets you up for another level of ministry. The conference includes an impartation /anointing service. Ordinations are also conducted during the conference.

 2011 Leadership Conference Report

 During the weekend of September 23rd-25th, 2011, God’s people experienced a dynamic time of teaching and impartation during the annual Leadership Conference in Ajax, Ontario. Rev. Olu David shared on the topic of Christ-centered leadership, unraveling the many components needed before one can become a successful leader in any capacity of ministry. Throughout the Friday evening and Saturday afternoon sessions, Rev. Olu David outlined the eight main areas of pastoral duty; one being a leader as a father and shepherd, then ministry, followed by administration and many more.

Expounding on the area of leadership, Rev. Olu David led the congregation in an in-depth study of the eight C’s of leadership. The teaching focused on the areas such as consumption, character, commitment, control, casting visions, chemistry/connection, competence and command. All who partook of the leadership weekend were  richly blessed. 


The weekend ended with the ordination of Pastors David and Amanda Foster  and dedication of several other leaders in the house on Sunday and , September 25th, 2011. Shortly after his sermon entitled, “Called to Glory”, Pastor David along with his wife Amanda were ordained by Rev. and Mrs. Olu David in the presence of a full congregation. Under an anointed atmosphere filled with the unique presence of the Holy Spirit, the ordination took place in the midst of high praise, as all who were in attendance joined in dance and celebration.


It was a weekend of learning, impartation and celebration. All who participated in this conference testified of the great impact it has made on their lives and look forward to making use of what they have heard, learned and received in their everyday lives and ministry.
